高职教育“职业性”的内涵特征与高质量发展路径探究 被引量:2

摘要 “职业性”是高职教育的类型特征,决定了其价值取向、目标定位和对区域职业活动的依赖性与服务性,主要表现在专业设置的职业本位导向,课程建设的工作过程导向,教学内容的职业能力导向,教学过程的实践性导向和教学评价的职业性评估导向。正确把握职业性内涵,坚持培养服务区域发展的高素质技术人才的目标定位,优化专业布局、课程结构和教学过程,加强实践平台建设,推动校企深度合作,是增强高职教育适应性,实现高质量发展的路径选择。 The vocational nature is the feature of higher vocational education,which determines the value orientation and target orientation,and also determines its dependence and service on regional vocational activities.The vocational nature is mainly reflected in the professional position orientation of specialty setting,the working process orientation of curriculum construction,the professional ability orientation of teaching content,the practical orientation of teaching process and the professional evaluation orientation of teaching assessment.Grasping the professionalism connotation correctly is the constructive strategy to enhance the adaptability of higher vocational education and achieve high-quality development,vocational education should adhere to the goal of training high-quality technical talents to serve the local development,optimize the specialty arrangement,curriculum structure and teaching process,strengthen the construction of practice platform,and promote the deep cooperation between colleges and enterprises.
