标准制修订对家用电器产品技术创新的影响分析

Analysis of the Impact of Standard Formulation and Revision on the Technological Innovation of Household Electrical Appliances

家电标准体系是家电行业有序发展的基础保障。家电标准制定来源于产品技术发展,同时又服务于产品技术发展。然而,多数现存标准,特别是国内家电标准体系发展,对于飞快发展的产品技术而言,存在一定的滞后情况。本文研究了家电产品、家电标准体系的发展以及它们之间的联系,以GB 4706、IEC 60335系列标准为例,分析标准制修订对家电产品技术创新的影响,提出当国内家电标准体系不符合技术发展需求的时候,应当加快版本制修订速度,跟进国际标准做出一些修订方案或补充。

The household electrical appliance standard system is the basic guarantee for the orderly development of the household electrical appliance industry.The formulation of household electrical product standards originates from the development of product technology and serves the development of product technology.However,most of the existing standards,especially the development of the domestic household electrical appliance standard system,are lagging behind the fast-developing product technology.This article studies the development of household electrical appliance products,household appliance standard systems and the relationship between them.Taking GB 4706,IEC 60335 series standards as examples,analyze the impact of standard formulation and revision on the technological innovation of household electrical appliances.It is proposed that when the domestic appliance standard system does not meet the needs of technological development,the version formulation and revision speed should be accelerated,and some revision plans or supplements should be made following up with the international standards.
