摘要
小容积冰箱薄壁化,热负荷增加,需要风道更加的高效。本文利用有限元仿真方法,对某型号三门变温冰箱的风道进行仿真分析。基于仿真结果不断迭代优化风道结构,总风量由14.81 g/s提升到16.93 g/s,总风量提升了14.3 %,变温间室风量由2.67 g/s提升到3.68 g/s,提升了37.8 %。总风量得到较大提升,变温室的风量得到特别加强,改善了间室温度均匀性,改善了冷冻室温度过低问题。
Small-volume refrigerators have thinner walls and increased heat load,requiring more efficient air ducts.In this paper,the finite element simulation method is used to simulate and analyze the air duct of a certain type of three-door variable temperature refrigerator.Continuously iteratively optimize the air duct structure based on the simulation results.The total air volume was increased from 14.81 g/s to 16.93 g/s,and the total air volume was increased by 14.3 %.The air volume of the variable greenhouse was increased from 2.67 g/s to 3.68 g/s,an increase of 37.8 %.The total air volume has been greatly improved,and the air volume of the variable greenhouse has been particularly strengthened,which has improved the temperature uniformity of the room and improved the problem of the freezing room being too low.
