摘要
基于墙开塑料件的首检、巡检和转序检的样品选择和尺寸检测主要由人工完成。存在随机性人为干扰因素大,抽检结果无法和现有系统数据库打通等问题。本文对墙壁开关的数字化抽检方式进行了数字化系统的设计与应用,在满足质量检测前提下,由现有系统随机指定需抽检的零件批号,实现自动化检测,并将结果实时上传到数据库。为后续扩展自动化收料系统,实现墙开塑料件抽样、检测、收料整个流程自动化做铺垫,提高对供应链产品的品控能力和实时监测OEM产品生产过程中的出现的质量问题。设计研究表明,该数字化系统能够根据抽样指令对成品进行抽样检查,利用其数字化优势,实现抽检效率更加高效,内容更加详尽,系统稳定可靠,满足需求。
The sample selection and size inspection based on the first inspection,patrol inspection and transfer sequence inspection of the plastic parts of the wall switch are mainly done manually.There are large random human interference factors,and the sampling results cannot be connected with the existing system database.This paper designs and applies a digital system for the digital sampling inspection method of wall switches.Under the premise of satisfying the quality inspection,the existing system randomly assigns the batch numbers of the parts to be inspected,realizes automatic inspection,and uploads the results to the database in real time.For the subsequent expansion of the automatic material receiving system,to realize the automation of the whole process of sampling,testing and material receiving of wall-opening plastic parts,it will pave the way for improving the quality control ability of supply chain products and real-time monitoring of quality problems in the production process of OEM products.The design research shows that the digital system can carry out sampling inspection of finished products according to the sampling instructions,using its digital advantages to achieve more efficient sampling efficiency,more detailed content,stable and reliable system,and meet the needs.
