摘要
本文重点对贯流风机系统的结构参数和流场特征的变化进行分析,对有可能影响风机性能的风机结构参数(间隙控制、风叶结构等)进行横、纵向的实验分析验证,识别各参数对风机系统风量影响大小及变化趋势,对如何实现风机系统均匀送风、优化风量等方面提供一定的参考价值。
In this paper,the structural parameters and flow field characteristics of the cross-flow fan system are analyzed,and the fan structural parameters (clearance control,blade structure,etc.) that may affect the performance of the fan are analyzed and verified by transverse and longitudinal experiments,and the influence size and variation trend of each parameter on the wind volume of the fan system are identified.It provides some reference value for how to realize uniform air supply and optimize air volume of fan system.
