多联机长连管高落差能力修正理论分析与实验

摘要 本文测试了机组在常规无落差、短连管安装方式和有落差、长连管安装方式下的名义制冷工况性能,并基于常规安装名义制冷工况100 %负荷测试数据,给出机组在有落差、长连管安装下制冷能力修正系数理论计算,并与测试数据进行对比,验证了理论计算的合理性,即理论修正后制冷量值小于实测制冷量值,选型裕度在5~7 %,对于工程选型应用安全裕度大,同时指导设计开发。 The unit performance in the nominal refrigeration condition is tested in conventional installation method with no gaps and short-connected pipes,and the installation method with high drop and long-connected pipes.Based on the 100 % load testing data of the nominal refrigeration condition in conventional installation,the theoretical calculation of the refrigeration capacity correction coefficient is given when the unit has high drop,long-connected pipes installation.Compared with the test data,the theoretical correction is less than the measured cooling capacity by 5~7 %,which is good for the engineering selection and the product design and development,and verifies the rationality of theoretical calculation.
