24种除草剂对紫花苜蓿的安全性评价

Safety Evaluation of 24 Herbicides on Medicago sativa L.

本研究通过种子萌发生物测定方法和室内盆栽试验初步测定24种除草剂对紫花苜蓿生长的影响。结果表明:在测试的10种土壤处理除草剂中,33%新二甲戊灵乳油和48%氟乐灵乳油两种药剂在推荐和加倍两个剂量水平下对紫花苜蓿生长表现安全。在测试的14种茎叶处理除草剂中,10%精喹禾灵乳油的推荐和加倍两个剂量对紫花苜蓿生长表现安全,15%炔草酯水乳剂在推荐剂量下对紫花苜蓿生长表现安全,但在加倍剂量下产生了抑制作用。紫花苜蓿田间除草可考虑选用10%精喹禾灵乳油(推荐及加倍剂量)和15%炔草酯水乳剂(推荐剂量)。

In order to screen out the safe herbicides for Medicago sativa L.The effects of 24 herbicides on the growth of M.sativa L was determined by bioassay of seed germination and pot experiment in this study.The results showed that among the 10 herbicides tested for soil treatment, 33% neopentyl EC and 48% floreline EC were safe for M.sativa L growth at the recommended and doubled dose levels.Among the 14 herbicides tested for stem and leaf treatment, the recommended and doubled doses of 10% quinclorac EC were safe for the growth of M.sativa L,and the recommended dose of 15% ethinyl EW was safe for the growth of M.sativa L,but the inhibition effect was produced under the doubled dose.10% Quinclorac EC(recommended and doubled dose) and 15% ethinyl EW(recommended dose) could be used for weeding in the field.
