前包被粪肠球菌对西杂后备公牛生产性能和血液生化指标的影响

Effects of Microencapsulated Enterrococcus Faecilus on Growth Performance and Serum Biochemical Indexes of Simmental Crossbred Cattle

摘要 选取16头体重为200kg左右的西杂后备公牛,将其分为2个组,每组8个重复,每个重复1头牛。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加2g/(头·d)的前包被粪肠球菌(1.0×10CFU/g),试验期30d。试验结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组平均日增重提高3.5%,料重比降低13.24%,但差异不显著(P>0.05),添加前包被粪肠球菌对后备牛的体高、体斜长、胸围和管围均无显著影响(P>0.05)。试验组血清TP含量比对照组降低1.94%,差异显著(P<0.05),两组之间血清葡萄糖、白蛋白、球蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、尿素、碱性磷酸酶差异均不显著(P>0.05)。在本试验条件下可得出,日粮中添加前包被粪肠球菌对西杂后备公牛的生长发育有一定的促进作用。 The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of microencapsulated enterrococcus faecilus on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of simmental crossbred cattle, and to provide theoretical support for the application of microencapsulated enterrococcus faecilus in reserve cattle breeding.In this experiment, 16 simmental crossbred cattle around 200 kg weight were selected and divided into two treatment groups: the control group was fed with basic diet;the experimental group was supplemented with 2 g/(head-d) of basic diet.Microencapsulated enterrococcus faecilus mixed feed additive(microencapsulated enterrococcus faecilus ≥1.0×10CFU/g).The test period is 30 days.The experimental results showed that compared with the control group, the average daily weight of experimental group gain by 3.5%,feed to gain ratio of experimental group decreased by 13.24%,and the differences were not significant(P>0.05),Adding microencapsulated enterrococcus faecilus had no significant effect on body height, body length, heart girth and circumference of cannon bone of calves(P>0.05)Compared with control group,the serum concentration of TP in experimental group decreased by 1.94%,respectively(P<0.05),The serum glucose, albumin, globulin, triglyceride, total cholesterol, urea, alkaline phosphatase content were not statistical significance(P>0.05).Under the experimental conditions, it can be concluded that the addition of microencapsulated enterrococcus faecilus in the diet has a certain promotion effect on the growth performance of simmental crossbred cattle.
