Academic Thoughts of Professor Duan Yingxi in Treating Spleen and Stomach Diseases Based on Collateral Disease Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine

段迎喜主任主张运用中医“络病学说”对脾胃病进行辨治,同时将微观辨证与宏观辨证相互结合,用药遣方,从而达到有效治疗的目的,提出了辛润通络、虫类药通络、化痰散瘀通络、解毒通络、补虚通络、通脏腑之络等用药观点。文章就段迎喜主任基于中医络病理论治疗脾胃病进行概述,以期对于脾胃病的治疗、中医络病理论的深入研究有所裨益。

Director Duan Yingxi advocates the application of“collateral disease theory”in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.At the same time,he combines micro syndrome differentiation with macro syndrome differentiation,and uses drugs to dispatch prescriptions,so as to achieve the effective treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.Director Duan Yingxi puts forward the ideas of Xinrun Tongluo,insect drugs dredging channels,removing phlegm and dissipating blood stasis for dredging channels,detoxification dredging channels,tonifying deficiency dredging channels and dredging viscera channels.This paper summarizes Duan Yingxi’s treatment of spleen and stomach diseases based on collateral disease theory of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to benefit the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases and the in-depth study of collateral disease theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
