针刺配合加味金刚丸治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Combined with Modified Jingang Pill in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的分析采用针刺配合加味金刚丸治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果。方法随机将2019年11月-2021年5月山西省清徐县人民医院60例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为治疗组(30例,针刺配合加味金刚丸治疗)、对照组(30例,针刺治疗)。结果对比2组患者下肢疼痛、麻木酸困及畏寒怕冷疗效,治疗组优于对照组,治疗效果显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用针刺配合加味金刚丸治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者可提高治疗总有效率、降低VAS评分,治疗效果优于对照组。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with modified Jingang pill in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods From November 2019 to May 2020,60 patients with lumbar disc herniation in Qingxu County People’s Hospital were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases,acupuncture combined with modified Jingang pill)and control group(30 cases,acupuncture).Results Comparison of lower limb pain,lower limb numbness,acid drooping and lower limb chills between the two groups were improved,and the treatment effect was significantly improved in treatment group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than that of the control group(73.33%,22/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with modified Jingang pill in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation can improve the total effective rate and reduce the VAS score,and the effect is better than that of the control group.
