香砂养胃丸治疗胆汁反流性胃炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xiangsha Yangwei Pill in the Treatment of Bile Reflux Gastritis

目的探讨香砂养胃丸治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床效果。方法选择2019年8月-2020年10月衡阳市中医医院收治的胆汁反流性胃炎患者74例,通过随机数字表法分为试验组及对照组,各37例。对照组予以四联疗法治疗,试验组在此基础上予以香砂养胃丸治疗,比较2组中医证候积分、胃黏膜病理积分及血清学指标。结果试验组患者治疗后的中医证候积分、胃黏膜病理积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗后的血清GAS、SP、LPO水平显著低于对照组,血清MTL水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论香砂养胃丸治疗可有效缓解胆汁反流性胃炎患者的炎症反应,调节肠胃激素分泌,改善患者的病理变化及临床症状。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiangsha Yangwei pill in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.Methods 74 patients with bile reflux gastritis admitted to Hengyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=37)and control group(n=37).The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,while the experimental group was treated with Xiangsha Yangwei pill on the basis of quadruple therapy.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,gastric mucosa pathological score and serological index were compared between the two groups.Results The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and gastric mucosal pathological score of the experimental group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The serum gas,SP and LPO levels of the experimental group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the serum MTL level was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiangsha Yangwei pill can effectively relieve the inflammatory reaction of patients with bile reflux gastritis,regulate gastrointestinal hormone secretion,and improve the pathological changes and clinical symptoms of patients.
