会阴灸治疗宫颈持续高危HPV感染临床观察

Clinical Observation on Moxibustion of Perineum in the Treatment of Persistent HR-HPV Infection of Cervix

目的观察会阴灸治疗宫颈持续高危HPV感染的临床效果。方法选取大连市妇幼保健院符合纳入标准的60例宫颈高危HPV感染患者,按随机数字表法分成治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组患者于月经干净后用重组人干扰素阴道泡腾胶囊治疗;治疗组在此基础之上联合会阴灸治疗。2组患者连续治疗3个周期后返院复查中医症状、体征积分;开始治疗后6个月、12个月复查宫颈TCT、HPV,进行临床疗效评价。结果开始治疗后6个月、12个月复查高危HPV病毒转阴情况,总转阴率治疗组为76.7%(23/30),对照组为40.0%(12/30),治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组临床疗效比较,痊愈率治疗组为56.7%(17/30),对照组为33.3%(10/30);总有效率治疗组为96.7%(29/30),对照组为66.7%(20/30);痊愈率及总有效率治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论会阴灸从根本上改善了患者体质,提高患者局部及全身免疫力,促进其病毒转阴。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion of perineum in the treatment of persistent HR-HPV infection.Methods 60 patients with cervical HR-HPV infection who met the inclusion criteria in Dalian Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected and divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases each,according to random number table method.The control group began to use recombinant human interferon vaginal effervescent capsule after menstruation,one capsule at a day,for 12 days.The treatment group was combined with moxibustion of perineum treatment on the basis of the control group,moxibustion of perineum treatment twice a week.After 3 cycles of continuous treatment,2 groups of patients returned to hospital to review the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and signs,and 6 months,12 months after treatment to review the cervical TCT,HPV,clinical efficacy evaluation.Results 6 months and 12 months after the start of treatment,the review of HR-HPV virus turned negative,the total conversion rate of the treatment group was 76.7%(23/30),the control group was 40.0%(12/30),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The cure rate was 56.7%(17/30)in the treatment group and 33.3%(10/30)in the control group.The total effective rate was 96.7%(29/30)in the treatment group and 66.7%(20/30)in the control group.The cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion of perineum fundamentally improves the patient’s constitution,the local and systemic immunity of the patient,and promotes the virus to turn negative.
