益气祛痰法联合醒神开窍针刺法治疗脑梗死康复期气虚血瘀痰浊证临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Method of Replenishing Qi and Removing Phlegm Combined with the Acupuncture Method of Xingshen Kaiqiao in the Treatment of Qi Deficiency,Blood Stasis and Phlegm Turbidity Syndrome during the Rehabilitation Period of Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨益气祛痰法联合醒神开窍针刺法治疗脑梗死康复期气虚血瘀痰浊证的效果。方法选取2018年1月-2020年1月100例在徐州市中医院就诊的脑梗死康复期气虚血瘀痰浊证患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为2组,每组50例,对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用益气祛痰法联合醒神开窍针刺法治疗,比较2组治疗效果、运动功能、神经功能缺损情况及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率92.0%(46/50)高于对照组的74.0%(37/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组FMA评分、Barthel指数、NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组FMA评分及Barthel指数均高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间不良反应发生情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气祛痰法联合醒神开窍针刺法治疗在脑梗死康复期气虚血瘀痰浊证患者中应用效果显著,可推广。

Objective To explore the effect of the method of replenishing qi and eliminating phlegm combined with the acupuncture method of Xingshen Kaiqiao in the treatment of qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity syndrome during the rehabilitation of cerebral infarction.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,100 patients with qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity syndrome during the recovery period of cerebral infarction in Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with the method of replenishing qi and eliminating phlegm combined with the acupuncture method of Xingshen Kaiqiao on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,motor function,neurological function defects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 92.0%(46/50)higher than that of control group 74.0%(37/50),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in FMA,Barthel index and NIHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,FMA score and Barthel index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while NIHSS score was lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The method of replenishing qi and eliminating phlegm combined with the acupuncture method of Xingshen Kaiqiao has significant effect,and can be promoted.
