芍药甘草汤治疗血液透析不宁腿综合征2例

Shaoyao Gancao Decoction in the Treatment of Restless Legs Syndrome in Hemodialysis for Two Cases

观察芍药甘草汤治疗血液透析患者不宁腿综合征(RLS)临床效果。将维持性血液透析伴RLS患者给予常规血液透析治疗及对症处理,在此基础上再给予芍药甘草汤,2个疗程,治疗前后使用RLS评分量表(IRLS)评价,检测患者治疗前后血红蛋白、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、血清肌酐(Cr)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、血钙以及血磷。芍药甘草汤能改善患者RLS临床症状,但对甲状旁腺激素的减低作用需要大样本验证。

The clinical effect of Shaoyao Gancao decoction in the treatment of restless legs syndrome(RLS)in hemodialysis patients was observed.Maintenance hemodialysis patients with RLS were given conventional hemodialysis treatment and symptomatic treatment,and then were given Shaoyao Gancao decoction for two courses of treatment.Before and after treatment,RLS score scale(IRLS)was used to evaluate,and hemoglobin,parathyroid hormone(PTH),serum creatinine(CR)were detected(Serum urea nitrogen(BUN),blood calcium and blood phosphorus were measured.Shaoyao Gancao decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of RLS,but the effect of reducing parathyroid hormone needs large sample verification.
