中医护理穴位贴敷对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤术后肩颈痛的预防价值

The Preventive Value of Acupoint Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Shoulder and Neck Pain after Laparoscopic Hysteromyoma Surgery

目的分析穴位贴敷中医护理对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤术后肩颈痛的预防价值。方法选择济宁市中医院自2018年6月-2020年9收治的76例行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤术的患者,将其以随机数字表法随机分为2组,对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予穴位贴敷中医护理,对2组术后肩颈痛发生情况,生活质量进行比较。结果经干预后,观察组在术后颈肩痛发生率为10.53%(4/38),明显低于对照组的39.47%(15/38),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组颈肩痛持续时间为(17.01±3.94)h,明显低于对照组的(28.61±3.48)h,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予腹腔镜子宫肌瘤术后患者穴位贴敷中医护理,可有效减少术后肩颈痛发生率,其疼痛持续时间较短,值得在临床上使用。

Objective To analyze the preventive value of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on shoulder and neck pain after laparoscopic hysteromyoma surgery.Methods 76 patients with laparoscopic hysteromyoma surgery from June 2018 to 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group was given acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The occurrence of postoperative shoulder and neck pain,quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the incidence of postoperative neck and shoulder pain in the observation group was 10.53%(4/38),which was significantly lower than that in the control group(39.47%,15/38),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of neck and shoulder pain in the observation group was(17.01±3.94)h,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(28.61±3.48)h,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing can reduce the incidence of shoulder and neck pain with a short duration and clinical use.It is worthy of clinical application.
