辨证施护对急性脑梗死患者中医证候积分、神经功能及生活质量的影响

Influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation Nursing on Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Score,Neurological Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的观察中药外敷联合穴位针刺中医辨证施护对急性脑梗死患者的干预效果。方法随机选取济宁市中医院急性脑梗死患者160例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各80例。对照组常规护理,试验组中医辨证施护。对比护理效果。结果护理后,试验组患者的神经功能恢复状况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的生理状况、社会家庭状况、情感状况、躯体功能、整体健康状况评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的中医证候评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用中药外敷联合穴位针刺的中医辨证施护能显著恢复急性脑梗死患者的脑神经功能,促进脑组织结构恢复及肢体功能恢复,改善生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)combined with acupoint acupuncture and TCM syndrome differentiation nursing on patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 160 patients with acute cerebral infarction in Jining Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received TCM nursing in.The nursing effect was compared.Results After nursing,the neurological function recovery of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological status,social and family status,emotional status,physical function and overall health status in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The external application of TCM combined with acupoint acupuncture and TCM syndrome differentiation nursing can significantly restore the cerebral nerve function of patients with acute cerebral infarction,promote the recovery of brain structure and limb function,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
