中医护理耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷高血压病的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Auricular Point Pressing Combined with Acupoint Application Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Patients with Hypertension

目的对高血压病患者应用耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷中医护理的效果进行研究。方法以在济宁市中医院治疗的90例高血压病患者为研究对象,选取时段范围2019年10月-2020年10月,以随机数字表法均分为对照组与试验组。对照组患者45例,实施常规护理,试验组患者45例,实施耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷中医护理,以患者护理效果、血压水平、不良反应发生率为观察指标,对2组观察结果予以统计比较。结果与对照组(80.00%,36/45)相比,试验组护理总有效率(95.56%,43/45)明显提高(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组收缩压、舒张压水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。在不良反应发生率方面,试验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高血压病患者应用耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷中医护理后,不仅可以提高患者护理效果,还可以降低患者血压水平与不良反应发生率。

Objective To study the effect of auricular point pressing combined with acupoint application nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 90 patients with hypertension treated in Jining Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected from October 2019 to October 2020 and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method.45 patients in control group were given routine nursing,and 45 patients in experimental group were given auricular point pressing combined with acupoint application nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.Taking nursing effect,blood pressure level,the incidence of adverse reactions as observation indicators,the observation results of the two groups were statistically compared.Results Compared with the control group(80.00%,36/45),the total effective rate of the experimental group(95.56%,43/45)was significantly increased(P<0.05).After nursing,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point pressing combined with acupoint application nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with hypertension can not only improve the nursing effect of patients,but also reduce the blood pressure level of patients and the incidence of adverse reactions.
