晚期胃癌的中医药治疗进展

Progress in Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer

胃癌是我国发病率和病死率均较高的恶性肿瘤,早期症状不典型,约80%的胃癌患者在确诊时已属晚期,绝大多数晚期胃癌的生存率不超过5年。中医药在晚期胃癌的治疗过程中有提高患者生活质量、延长生存期的作用,作者通过检索近年来相关文献,从胃癌的病因病机、辨证论治、经方治疗、现代名老中医经验、验方治疗、中成药治疗、合并证治疗等方面的研究进展作一综述,为晚期胃癌的中医药综合治疗提供参考依据。

Gastric cancer is a malignant tumor with high morbidity and mortality in China,and its early symptoms are atypical.About 80%of patients with gastric cancer are already in advanced stage when diagnosed,and the survival rate of the vast majority of advanced gastric cancer is no more than 5 years.Traditional Chinese medicine can improve the quality of life of patients and prolong survival in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.The authors searched relevant documents in recent years.The research progress of the etiology and pathogenesis of gastric cancer,treatment based on syndrome differentiation,prescription treatment,experience of modern famous traditional Chinese medicine doctors,prescription treatment,Chinese patent medicine treatment,and the treatment of complications were reviewed,which provides a reference for the comprehensive treatment of advanced gastric cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.
