基于肾脑相关理论探讨精神分裂症脑肾同治

Discussion on Simultaneous Treatment of Brain and Kidney in Schizophrenia Based on Kidney-Brain Correlation Theory

精神分裂症从中医来讲,属于“癫狂病”范畴,其病位在脑,与肾密切相关,肾主骨生髓,脑为髓之海,脑髓依赖肾气的不断滋养,脑与肾关系密切。脑肾功能在精神分裂症的发病与治疗中起着至关重要的作用,肾脑相关理论是中医治疗精神分裂症的基础之一。通过分析肾脑相关理论与精神分裂症的关系,结合现代医学对精神分裂症遗传与治疗学相关研究,探讨精神分裂症脑肾同治的思路与方法,以促进中医药在精神分裂症治疗领域中更好地发挥作用。

From TCM point of view, schizophrenia belongs to the category of ‘manic-depressive psychosis’. The disease is located in Brain, which is closely related to Kidney. Kidney dominates bone marrow, Brain is the sea of marrow, the Brain marrow depends on the continuous nourishment of Kidney-Qi, and Brain is closely related to Kidney. The functions of Brain and Kidney play important roles in the pathogenesis and treatment of schizophrenia. The theory of Kidney-Brain correlation is one of the bases of TCM in treatment of schizophrenia. Through the analysis of the relationship between Kidney-Brain related theory and schizophrenia, combined with the related research of heredity and treatment of schizophrenia in modern medicine, the ideas and methods of simultaneous treatment of Brain and Kidney were discussed in the treatment of schizophrenia, in order to promote TCM to play a better role in the field of schizophrenia treatment.
