中医药治疗脓毒症凝血功能障碍的研究进展

Research Progress of TCM in Treating Coagulation Dysfunction in Sepsis

脓毒症为危及生命的综合征。其中脓毒症凝血功能障碍,最终导致弥散性血管内凝血(DIC),可致不可逆的死亡。对脓毒症过程中凝血功能改变的认识已久,但各医家观点略有偏差,核心学说也纷繁复杂。本文将从脓毒症凝血功能改变的角度出发,分别从宏观水平思考,细胞水平阐述,再到分子水平观察,从大变小,逐级细化,系统地从多方面探其凝血紊乱的源流,完善脓毒症凝血机制。现已有临床试验的和动物实验证明,许多中医药治疗脓毒症凝血功能紊乱效果突出,本文以中医药疗效与机制相结合,为脓毒症的诊疗与预后起到借鉴作用和提供新的切入点。

Sepsis is a life-threatening syndrome. Coagulation dysfunction in sepsis eventually leads to disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC), which can result in irreversible death. The changes of coagulation function in sepsis have been known for a long time, but the views of doctors are slightly biased, and the core theories are also complex. From the perspective of the change of coagulation function in sepsis, this study will think at the macro level, elaborate at the cellular level, and then observe at the molecular level, systematically explore the source of coagulation disorder from many aspects, and improve the coagulation mechanism in sepsis. At present, clinical trials and animal experiments have proved that many TCM therapies have outstanding effects in the treatment of coagulation disorders in sepsis. This study combines the curative effect and mechanism of TCM therapies to provide a reference and a new entry point for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of sepsis.
