摘要
制动安全控制系统(BSC)是车辆核心的安全控制模块,由于涉及行车安全,因此其可靠性尤为重要。本文基于可靠性工程,制定了一套完整的BSC可靠性管控体系,即:设定可靠性目标,进行可靠性目标分配、预计、仿真、设计评审等,在试验验证阶段通过故障激发试验、可靠性试验、系统试验等发现可靠性问题并进行设计整改,最终提高产品的可靠性。
Brake Safety Control System (BSC) is the core safety control module of the vehicle,As it relates to driving safety,so its reliability is particularly important.Based on reliability engineering,this paper formulates a complete set of BSC reliability management and control system,namely:setting reliability targets,performing reliability target allocation,prediction,simulation,design review,etc.In the verification stage,reliability problems are found through fault excitation test,reliability test,system test,etc.,and design rectification is carried out to ultimately improve the reliability of the product.
