室外型摄像头的外壳防水检测方法及应用

摘要 外壳防水等级是室外型摄像头产品非常重要的一项性能指标,在对产品进行外观设计时,要考虑产品对外界环境因素的防护能力,比如砂尘、雨水等环境因素。该文对外壳防护等级(IPX7)标准进行了解析,并介绍了浸水(压力等效)试验和气密等效试验的两种试验,给出优缺点分析,更好地为室外型摄像头产品研发阶段以及成品量产阶段进行外壳防护等级试验、相关检验检测人员提供技术上的帮助。 The waterproof grade of the shell is a very important performance index of outdoor camera products.When designing the appearance of the product,the protection ability of the product against external environmental factors,such as sand dust,rain and other environmental factors,should be considered.This paper analyzes the standard of enclosure protection grade (ipx7),introduces two tests of water immersion (pressure equivalent) test and air tightness equivalent test,and gives the analysis of advantages and disadvantages,so as to better provide technical help for the enclosure protection grade test and relevant inspection and detection personnel in the research and development stage of outdoor camera products and the mass production stage of finished products.
