摘要
金属腐蚀速率是表征/评价其环境适应性的重要方法之一,可靠、便捷的评估方式可对金属设备服役环境的腐蚀严酷程度进行有效评估,摸清设备运行存在的主要问题,并基于电器设备实际服役工况数据采取有针对性的防护措施。本文主要利用称重法和电化学还原法同步监测二氧化硫环境下金属腐蚀速率,对比分析两种方法的优缺点。结果发现,电化学还原法获得的腐蚀速率数据具有较好的归一性,且数据规律性强,均是随着投放时间及二氧化硫浓度增大而增加。而挂片称重法数据略显杂乱,可能是由于腐蚀时间较短,腐蚀产物较少,称重法难以准确测量。两种方法获得的数据对比发现,部分数据具有良好的相关性,电化学还原法数据几乎均大于称重法获得的数据。通过对测试方法以及数据分析结果综合考虑,建议长时间挂片选择失重法,短时间选择电化学还原法。
Metal corrosion rate is characterization/evaluate its one of the important methods of environmental adaptability,reliable and convenient way to assess degree of corrosion of metal equipment service environment may be tough to evaluate effectively,find out main problems of equipment operation,and the actual service condition data based on electrical equipment to take corresponding protective measures.This paper mainly uses weighing method and electrochemical reduction method to monitor metal corrosion rate in sulfur dioxide environment simultaneously,and compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods.The results showed that the corrosion rate data obtained by electrochemical reduction method had good normalization and strong regularity,and all of them increased with the increase of time and sulfur dioxide concentration.However,the data of hanging sheet weighing method is slightly messy,which may be due to the short corrosion time and less corrosion products,and the weighing method is difficult to accurately measure.The comparison of data obtained by the two methods shows that some data have good correlation,and the data obtained by electrochemical reduction method is almost greater than that obtained by weighing method.After comprehensive consideration of testing methods and data analysis results,it is suggested to choose weight loss method for long time chip hanging and electrochemical reduction method for short time.
