应用主成分分析法对泸宁鸡白羽乌骨家系生长发育性状的分析

通过对泸宁鸡白羽乌骨家系后代体重与体尺性状的主成分分析,提取4个主成分,取代样本性状主要信息,累计贡献率达到86.949%。通过提取主成分因子命名可以知道,影响泸宁鸡白羽乌骨家系个体体重的主要性状是体斜长、胫长和胸宽,其可以作为选育提高泸宁鸡白羽乌骨家系的技术依据。

Through the analysis of the weight and ruler characteristics of the luning chicken white feather black bone family of the offspring, four main components replaced the main information of the sample, and the cumulative contribution rate reached 86.949%.The main characteristics affecting the individual weight are oblique length, tibia and chest width, which can be rsed as the technical basis for improving the selection of the chicken.
