摘要 在现如今的工业物联网背景下,目前工业生产线的数据传输速率慢,不稳定,远程操控技术不完善,原来的下位机—上位机的模式已经不能适应工业智能化控制的要求。通过传感器、PLC等设备对工业生产现场的数据进行采集,利用IOT2050、Node-red环境、MYSQL、数字孪生等技术设计完成了在腾讯云服务器上搭建工业物联网生产线监控平台。将传统的小型智能生产线通过智能网关,实现腾讯云平台对生产线的远程监控和消息传递。该平台能够对传递的数据进行分析和诊断,解决设备之间的信息孤岛问题。验证了数据传输的稳定性,可行性,适用于工序多样的自动化生产线。 Under the background of today’s Industrial Internet of Things,the data transmission rate of the current industrial production line is slow and unstable,and the remote control technology is not perfect.The original lower computer-upper computer mode can no longer meet the requirements of industrial intelligent control.The data on industrial production sites is collected through sensors,PLC and other equipment,and IOT2050,Node-red environment,MYSQL,digital twin and other technologies is used to design and complete the construction of an industrial IoT production line monitoring platform on Tencent Cloud Server.The traditional small intelligent production line realizes the remote monitoring and message transmission of the production line through the Tencent cloud platform through the intelligent gateway.The platform is capable of analyzing and diagnosing the transmitted data,solving the problem of information silos between devices.The stability and feasibility of data transmission are verified,and it is suitable for automatic production lines with various processes.
