摘要
由于中药自动加温坐浴椅在加温过程中药液温度信号波动较大,导致传统的故障诊断系统无法准确定位故障位置,完成自动诊断操作。根据中药自动加温坐浴椅故障多隶属于温控类型故障的特点,对故障诊断系统加以设计。首先,设计诊断硬件部分,主要由检测电路、数据采集单元、数据分析单元以及故障输出单元构成;配合硬件功能,在软件功能设计方面,分别对故障数据采集、故障特征提取、故障自动诊断以及自动诊断流程进行设计。通过与传统故障诊断系统的多组故障仿真数据测试表明,设计系统的故障检出率与准确率高于传统诊断系统,且具有更好的故障学习性与自适应性。
Due to the large temperature signal fluctuation of the heating process,the traditional fault diagnosis system cannot accurately locate the fault position and complete the automatic diagnosis operation.According to the characteristics of the automatic heating bath chair fault of traditional Chinese medicine,the fault diagnosis system is designed.First,the diagnostic hardware part is mainly composed of detection circuit,data acquisition unit,data analysis unit and fault output unit;with hardware function,fault data acquisition,fault feature extraction,fault diagnosis and automatic diagnosis process respectively in software function design.The multi-sets of fault simulation data test with traditional fault diagnosis system shows that the fault detection rate and accuracy of the design system are higher than that of traditional diagnosis system,and has better fault learning and adaptability.
