Design and Implementation of Intelligent Inspection System Based on Cable Robot for Coal Conveying Corridor

摘要 综合分析了智能巡检机器人在输煤栈桥应用场景下对承载、驱动、续航能力以及安装施工等方面的要求,设计研发了一套缆索式机器人巡检系统,并详细介绍了系统的设计方案、关键功能的开发技术路线以及现场部署方案。通过实际应用,验证了该巡检机器人的巡检效果,为机器人在输煤栈桥智能化巡检应用领域扩充了新方法、新思路,助力智慧电厂目标的实现。 The requirements of intelligent robot for load-bearing,driving,endurance and installation are analyzed in the application of coal conveying corridor.On this basis,an inspection system based on cable robot is designed and developed,and the designed scheme,the technical route of key functions and the construction scheme are introduced in detail.Through practical application,the inspection effect of the cable robot is verified,which expands new methods and new ideas in the field of intelligent inspection of coal conveying corridor,and helps to realize the goal of intelligent power plant.
