摘要
本文对受阻胺的光稳定性与阻燃性进行了介绍,并对合成受阻胺类阻燃剂的主要中间体1-环己氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-4-酮展开了研究,重点研究了合成原料、反应条件和反应机理,并采用核磁共振、质谱与高效液相色谱等手段,对合成产物进行了表征与纯度分析。实验数据表明,在以阻聚剂701和环己烷为原料,以过氧化叔丁醇为氧化剂,七水合硫酸亚铁为还原剂的引发体系中,只需一步反应即可获得目标产物,反应收率达68.5%,产品纯度达99.7%。本方法有效缩短了合成路线,工艺稳定可靠,原料易得,成本低,能够实现连续、稳定的规模化生产。
In this paper,the photostability and flame retardancy of obstructed amines were introduced,and the main intermediate of synthesis of obstructed amines flame retardants,1-cyclohexanoxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-4-one,was studied.The synthetic raw materials,reaction conditions and reaction mechanism were studied.NMR,MS and HPLC was used to analyze the products.The experimental data showed that the target product could be obtained by one-step reaction with polymerization inhibitor 701 and cyclohexane as raw materials in the initiation system with tert-butanol peroxide as oxidant and ferrous sulfate heptahydrate as reducing agent.The reaction yield was 68.5%and the purity of the product was 99.7%.
