滴酸·草甘膦防除林地杂草的药效试验

Efficacy Test of 2,4-D·glyphosate Against Weeds in Woodland

以2,4-滴和草甘膦为原料,制备了41%滴酸·草甘膦可溶粒剂,依照田间药效试验准则进行了田间药效试验。试验结果表明,41%滴酸·草甘膦可溶粒剂的用量分别为1245、1860、2475、3720 g·hm^(-2)时,在药后30d、45d均表现出较好的防效,且随剂量的增加,防效越好。药后45d,总体鲜重防效均达85.84%以上,最高可达98.53%。41%滴酸·草甘膦可溶粒剂用于防除林地杂草时,推荐用量为1860~2475 g·hm^(-2),于杂草生长旺盛期茎叶喷雾使用。

41%2,4-D·glyphosate SG was prepared from 2,4-D and glyphosate.The field control effect was tested according to the field efficiency trails.When the dosage of 41%2.4-D·glyphosate SG was 1245,1860,2475 and 3720 g/hm^(2) respectively,it showed good control effect at 30d and 45d after treatment.With the increase of dosage,the better the control effect.After 45d,the overall fresh weight control effect of all treatments were over 85.84%,and the highest was 98.53%.When 41%2,4-D·glyphosate soluble granules were used to control weeds in woodlands,the recommended dosage was 1860~2475 g/hm^(2).
