少子老龄化背景下社区“一老一小”代际融合设施建设研究

Senior and Junior Integrated Service Facilities Construction in Response to Social Aging

随着我国少子老龄化的进一步加深及土地、资金等要素的短缺,统筹推进城乡养老托育服务的发展,成为今后我国积极应对老龄化问题的一项重要措施。文章引入代际融合理论,通过对北京市养老托育服务设施开展实地调研,剖析北京市社区“一老一小”代际融合设施建设面临的挑战,借鉴国内外相关研究与实践经验提出相应的规划建议,旨在协助研究人员、从业人员和决策者努力创建“一老一小”代际融合设施,为跨代和老龄友好社区的建设提供资源与基础,以此应对少子老龄化社会的诸多挑战。

China is facing social aging and low birth rate problems as well as land and capital shortage,so urban-rural senior care and children’s nursery service needs improvement in the future.Introducing “inter-generational integration” theory,the paper analyzes the challenges of senior care and children’s nursery service facilities in Beijing based on a field research,learns domestic and overseas experiences,and puts forwards planning suggestions to help researchers,practitioners,and decision makers to work together on establishing senior and junior integrated service facilities,so as to build senior-friendly communities and meet the challenges of aging society.
