摘要
探索优化多个城市横向可比的、高空间精度的实时监测技术,有效支撑全国城市发展状态和规划实施效果的研判,是“十四五”时期深化全国城市体检工作的重要课题。当前,面向单个城市体检评估的高精度实时监测已有大量实践,而面向多个城市横向可比较的实时监测工作还面临着计算量约束下“可比性—实时性—高精度”目标之间的“三难困境”。其中,设施的时空覆盖型指标在单个城市的实践中有较成熟的高精度实时监测策略,却是多城比较中受到计算量制约较大的指标类型。文章在既有计算方法的基础上,探讨了一种保留实际路径的时空精度、通过计算范围的空间预筛选有效控制计算量、确保实时性的计算方法,并在6个城市3项典型指标测算中开展应用。从计算效能看,文章探索的策略较好地保留了数据时空精度,计算结果输出相对实时,可以有效支撑全国主要城市公共服务设施覆盖率的统一计算与实时监测。
Optimizing the intercity comparable high-spatial-precision & real-time monitoring technology can effectively support the research and evaluation of urban development and planning implementation across the country.At present,high-precision and real-time monitoring for one certain city has been widely practiced,but achieving intercity-comparable results still faces the "competing trinity" of comparability,timeliness and precision under the constraint of computational cost.Based on existing calculation methods,this paper proposes an optimization strategy that retains spatio-temporal accuracy and real-time performance while controling the calculation amount through the spatial pre-screening of subdivided urban spaces.Applications in 6 cities on 3 typical indexes verified the computational efficiency of our strategy with intercity-comparable spatial accuracy and timely output.This method can effectively support the unified calculation and real-time monitoring of the isochronal index of public service facilities related to city examination and evaluation in major cities.
