数字化转型背景下的武汉市智慧规划信息平台建设研究

Wuhan Smart Planning Platform Construction with Digital Transformation

数字化是经济社会发展的必然趋势,许多传统企业通过数字化实现了转型升级,规划行业也在不断探索以数据驱动、数据赋能为重点的技术创新,以技术模式的变革来推动规划业务模式的转型。文章以武汉市规划研究院规划量化分析平台为例,提出新型智慧规划平台总体框架设计、数据体系建设、工具体系建设、模型体系建设四个板块的数字化转变和经验,改变传统的以数据汇聚、信息查询、辅助决策为主要功能的规划信息平台建设思路,从数据、模型和应用三个方面打造支撑智慧规划编制的信息平台,探索数字化转型路径。

Digital transformation is a general trend for enterprises,and planning companies are also exploring big data driven technologies that enhance planning business transition.With the quantitative analysis platform in Wuhan urban planning institute as an example,the paper introduces digital transition of the general framework,data system,approach system,and model system of the smart planning platform,which alters traditional platform thinking of data collection,info search,and aided decision making.It builds the smart planning platform from the aspects of data,model,and application,and explores a way of digital transformation.
