变形后DX53D+AS铝硅镀层板耐蚀性与涂装性能研究

摘要 采用高温烘烤和中性盐雾表征变形后DX53D+AS耐蚀性的变化,通过磷化电泳和喷涂工艺研究变形后DX53D+AS涂装性能的变化。耐蚀性结果表明,变形量越大,出红锈的时间越短,耐蚀性越差;变形时润滑条件越好,相同时间内红锈的范围越小;变形对抗高温氧化性影响不大。涂装试验结果表明,铝硅镀层的板材在变形后有利于磷化和涂装工艺,变形试样的涂装性能均优于平板。 The corrosion resistance of bulged DX53D +AS steel plate was tested by high-temperature baking and neutral salt spray tests, and their painting performance was tested by phosphating electrophoresis and spraying. The results of corrosion resistance show that the greater the rate of bulging, the shorter the time of appearance of red rust, and the worse the corrosion resistance;the better the lubrication conditions during bulging, the smaller the range of red rust in the same time;the bulging has little effect on high temperature oxidation resistance. The painting test results show that the painting ability of the sheet-coated aluminum-silicon-coated plate(Al-Si) is favorable for the phosphating and coating process after bulging, and the coating performance of the bulged samples is better than that of the flat plate.
