荒漠植物裸果木染色体核型分析

摘要 本研究采用染色体根尖常规压片技术,以分布于我国新疆温宿县的石竹科裸果木属的典型旱生植物裸果木(Gymnocarposprzewalskii)为材料,对来自10个植株以上的30个根尖压片的细胞染色体核型特征进行了研究,结果表明:裸果木的染色体数目2n=40,染色体基数为20,核型公式为2n=2x=40=32m+8sm,核型为1B型,核型不对称系数(AS.K%)为59.63%,其染色体类型进一步表明裸果木为石竹科的古老类群。 Take a typical xerophyte,Gymnocarpos przewalskii(Caryophyllaceae)as a study material,which distributed in Wensu County,Xinjiang,China,conventional root tip chromosome observation method was applied to study the karyotype characteristic of the G.przewalskii of thirty root-tablet cells from more than ten plants.The results showed that the chromosome number of G.przew-alskii was 2n=40,and the base chromosome number was 20.The karyotype formula was 2n=2x=40=32m+8sm.The karyotype was type 1B,and the karyotype asymmetry coefficient(AS.K%)was 59.63%.The chromosome type further indicated G.przewalskii was an ancient taxon of Caryophyllaceae.
