摘要
为了探讨在饲粮中添加不同剂量的雨生红球藻对DHA富集鹌鹑蛋蛋品质和蛋黄中丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响及雨生红球藻适宜的添加量。本试验选用40周龄白羽鹌鹑160只,随机分为4组,每组2个重复,每个重复20只。对照组饲喂DHA富集饲粮(添加2%裂壶藻的基础饲粮),试验组Ⅰ~Ⅲ分别饲喂在对照组的基础上添加0.4 g/kg、2.0 g/kg、10.0 g/kg的雨生红球藻(折合虾青素的含量分别为0.012 g/kg、0.060 g/kg、0.300 g/kg)的饲粮,预饲期2周,正饲期6周。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加雨生红球藻对白羽鹌鹑蛋的蛋壳厚度及哈夫单位均无显著影响(P>0.05);各试验组蛋黄颜色均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),并且随着雨生红球藻添加量的升高而逐渐加深;各试验组的平均蛋重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);随着雨生红球藻添加量的增加,各试验组蛋黄中MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加雨生红球藻对DHA富集鹌鹑蛋蛋品质无显著影响,但可提高蛋黄颜色,增强抗氧化性能,延长DHA富集鹌鹑蛋的货架期,推荐饲粮中雨生红球藻的添加量为2.0 g/kg(虾青素含量为0.060 g/kg)。
In order to explore effects of Haematococcus pluvialis leves in the quality of DHA-enriched quail eggs and malondiade-hyde(MDA)content in egg yolk,and the appropriate dosage of H.pluvialis,160 white quails aged 40 weeks were randomly divided into 4 groups(2 replicates per group and 20 quails per replicate).The control group was fed with DHA-enriched feed(basic feed plus 2%Schizochytrium powder),with the test groupsⅠ-Ⅲwere respectively fed with DHA-enriched feed plus 0.4 g/kg,2.0 g/kg and 10.0 g/kg H.pluvialis(The equivalent content of astaxanthin was 0.012 g/kg,0.060 g/kg,0.300 g/kg respectively).The pre-feed-ing period was 2 weeks and the trial period was 6 weeks.The results of the experiment showed that compared with the control group,neither the egg shell thickness nor the Haugh unit of the eggs was significantly affected(P>0.05).The colors of the yolk of the test groups were obviously darker(P<0.01),and gradually darkened with the increasing concentration of the H.pluvialis.The av-erage egg weight in each test group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The concentration of MDA decreased in all test groups as the concentration of H.pluvialis increased(P<0.05).To sum up,there is no significant effect on the egg shell thickness and the Haugh unit of DHA-enriched quail eggs by adding H.pluvialis to feed,but the yolk color and antioxidant perfor-mance could be improved.To prolong the shelf life of DHA-enriched quail eggs,the optimal concentration of H.pluvialis should be 2.0 g/kg.(The equivalent content of astaxanthin was 0.060 g/kg).
