工业互联网赋能先进制造业企业转型影响因素——基于山东省先进制造业企业的研究

Analysis of Factors Influencing the Transformation of Advanced Manufacturing Enterprises Empowered by the Industrial Internet: Based on a Research of Advanced Manufacturing Enterprises in Shandong Province

在“互联网+先进制造业”的智能化工业革命背景下,中国制造业正经历由人口红利和资源红利向技术红利和服务红利的转型,工业互联网平台的赋能在其中扮演重要角色。理论机理表明:工业互联网赋能先进制造业企业转型会受到技术、组织、环境等要素驱动。实证研究表明:R&D投入、研发人员占比、专利数量等技术要素,政府补助、外部融资能力以及供应链集中度等环境要素对先进制造业转型有显著的促进作用,资产金融化和经营财务风险等组织要素对先进制造业企业转型具有抑制作用。考虑到内生性问题,应用多期DID模型进一步分析工业互联网平台赋能路径,结果表明:工业互联网平台赋能效应显著提升了先进制造业企业技术创新能力,优化了融资环境,降低了投融资风险,实证结果依然稳健。

What factors drive the industrial Internet platform transformation of advanced manufacturing enterprises? Has the relevant internet platform provided the corresponding empowering effect? Based on the analysis of empowerment paths of industrial internet platform in the transformation of advanced manufacturing enterprises in Shandong Province, the experimental province of "transformation of new and old kinetic energy", this paper applies econometric regression analysis and PSM tendency score matching analysis method to empirically analyze the influencing factors and empowerment paths of the digital transformation of the advanced manufacturing industry. The results show that the empowerment effect of industrial internet platforms has significantly improved the innovation capability of advanced manufacturing enterprises, promoted the innovation output of enterprises, significantly improved the production performance of empowered enterprises, and reduced the level of business risks. In the empirical analysis of empowerment paths, it is found that government subsidies, external financing ability and industry reputation have significant driving effects on the transformation of advanced manufacturing industry, but the financial structure and supply chain dependence will inhibit the transformation of advanced manufacturing enterprises.
