摘要
在新一轮工业化改革浪潮下,我国电力行业实施了工业化改革与产业转型,一方面完善了电力生产制造产业链条,另一方面创建了电力泛在物联网,全面提高了电力生产效率与电力运营管理。进入“十四五”时期后,电力行业需要结合高质量发展目标,进一步扩大对技术要素的配置比例,为智慧电力建设工作“赋能”。本文以此为出发点,概述了智能电网技术的特征,剖析了电力调度自动化中应用该技术的需求。并在此基础上,对其应用及发展趋势进行了具体讨论。
Under the new trend of industrialization reform,China’s power industry has implemented industrialization reform and industrial transformation.On the one hand,it has improved the power production and manufacturing industry chain,and on the other hand,it has created the ubiquitous power Internet of Things and has comprehensively improved power production efficiency and power operation management.After entering the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,the power industry needs to further expand the allocation ratio of technical elements in combination with high-quality development goals,to“empower”the construction of smart power.This paper takes this issue as a starting point,summarizes the characteristics of smart grid technology,and analyzes the needs of applying this technology in power dispatch automation.On this basis,its application and development trend are discussed in detail.
