摘要
以incoPat专利检索分析系统为分析工具,将2000—2022年湘潭大学的专利数据作为研究对象,从专利申请趋势、法律状态、发明人、专利运营等方面进行分析,总结了湘潭大学的专利发展特点并进行探讨,以期为学校今后制定知识产权战略提供依据和参考。
Taking the incoPat patent retrieval and analysis system as the analysis tool,taking the patent data of Xiangtan University from 2000 to 2022 as the research object,this paper analyzes the patent application trend,legal status,inventors,patent operation,etc.,summarizes and discusses the patent development characteristics of Xiangtan University in order to provide the basis and reference for the university to formulate intellectual property strategies in the future.
