基于POI数据的徐州酒店空间分布及影响因素

Spatial distribution and its influencing factors of hotels in Xuzhou based on POI data

基于徐州酒店POI数据信息挖掘,借助ArcGIS 10.8软件,采用最近邻指数、核密度分析等空间分析法,分析徐州市酒店的空间分布特征;运用地理探测器,探究影响徐州市酒店空间分布的因素.研究发现:从整体上看,徐州酒店总体呈集聚分布,中心城区呈现“单核心集聚,次级中心相对分散”的空间格局,各县市在其中心集聚;高档酒店数量少且分散,中档酒店围绕大型商圈、交通站点等人口聚集处分布,低档酒店数量较多且围绕中档酒店分布;徐州酒店的空间分异受商务写字楼数量、人口密度、综合地价、路网密度等因素的综合影响.

Based on the information exploration of Xuzhou hotel point of interest(POI) data, the spatial distribution characteristics of hotels in Xuzhou are analyzed by using the nearest neighbor index, kernel density analysis with the help of ArcGIS 10.8 software. The research found that: on the whole, the hotels in Xuzhou are clustered, with the central city showing a spatial pattern of "single core clustered, secondary centers relatively scattered", while the hotels in counties(cities) cluster around their corresponding municipal centers;the number of the high-end hotels is small and scattered, the mid-range hotels are distributed around large shopping areas, transport stations and population gathering places, and the low-grade hotels are more numerous and distributed around the mid-range hotels. The spatial differentiation of the hotels in Xuzhou city is influenced by the number of business offices, population density, comprehensive land price and road network density.
