特种车辆试验测试模拟信号采集系统设计 被引量:2

摘要 特种车辆由于其设计系统较为复杂,所处工作环境恶劣,又经常高负荷工作,非常考验特种车辆的变速箱性能,因此需要对变速箱的动、静态参数进行实验测试,这需要专业的动态信号测试设备才能完成。为了获取特种车辆变速器的压力数据、转速数据和温度数据,设计了特种车辆实验测试模拟信号采集系统。该采集系统由前置传感器、同步控制器、高速数据采集卡和工控机4部分组成,前置传感器用来检测信号,同步控制器用于接收触发信号触发采集卡工作,使采集的测量数据在时间上保证同步。高速数据采集卡用来采集特种车辆数据,工控机上运行信号采集处理软件,实现数据采集、处理、存储以及结果显示等功能。使用本系统开展了对特种车辆模拟信号采集试验,试验结果表明该系统运行可靠,能够稳定采集到特种车辆变速箱的操纵主压、各个档位的操纵阀压力、润滑油压、变速箱输入转速、输出转速、出油温度、进油温度、变速箱油流量,并对参数进行算法处理,为特种车辆变速箱性能评估提供了数据支撑。 Due to its complex design system,harsh working environment,and frequent high-load work,special vehicles test the performance of special vehicles’gearboxes.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct experimental tests on the dynamic and static parameters of the gearbox,which requires professional dynamic signals.Test equipment can be completed.In order to obtain the pressure data,speed data and temperature data of the special vehicle transmission,a special vehicle experimental test simulation signal acquisition system is designed.The acquisition system consists of a front sensor,a synchronous controller,a high-speed data acquisition card and an industrial computer.The front sensor is used to detect signals,and the synchronous controller is used to receive trigger signals to trigger the acquisition card,so that the data collected can be synchronized in time.The high-speed data acquisition card is used to collect special vehicle data,and the signal acquisition and processing software is run on the industrial computer to realize data acquisition,processing,storage and result display.Using this system to carry out the analog signal acquisition of special vehicle test,the test results show that the system reliable operation,can stable collected special vehicles,various gear transmission control main pressure control valve pressure,oil pressure,transmission input speed and output speed,oil temperature,inlet temperature,transmission fluid flow,and the processing parameters of algorithm,It provides data support for gearbox performance evaluation of special vehicles.
