摘要
振动试验夹具最主要的功能是从振动台通过机械连接把振动能量传递给试件,在传递能量过程中不能失真,振动试验结果的正确与否与所其使用的夹具的性能好坏有着重要的关系。本文针对显控台等电子信息装备振动试验需求,开展振动试验夹具结构设计、强度分析、夹具结构优化方法研究,并完成了显控台夹具的具体设计、优化、制造和验证。
The main function of the vibration test fixture is to transfer the vibration energy from the vibration table to the test piece through mechanical connection,no distortion in the process of transmitting energy,whether the vibration test results are correct or not has an important relationship with the performance of the fixture used.This paper aims at the vibration test requirements of electronic information equipment such as display and control console,carry out research on structural design,strength analysis and fixture structural optimization method of vibration test fixture,and completed the specific design,optimization,manufacturing and verification of the display and console fixture.
