女性服刑人员攻击性与儿童期性虐待的关系

Relationship between aggression and childhood sexual abuse in female prisoners

目的:探讨女性服刑人员攻击性与儿童期性虐待的关系,分析冷酷无情、自我控制在其关系间的作用。方法:在某女子监狱选取服刑人员254人,采用简版童年创伤问卷(CTQ-SF)性虐待分量表、冷酷无情特质量表(ICU)、自我控制量表(SCS)、Buss-Perry攻击性量表(BPAQ)进行调查。通过SPSS25.0软件中PROCESS宏程序的Model4、Model59进行假设检验,同时选取偏差校正的百分位Boot-strap参数估计法和Johnson-Neyman法进行中介和调节作用分析。结果:CTQ-SF性虐待分量表及ICU、SCS、BPAQ得分分别是(5.6±1.7)、(37.4±6.7)、(57.5±11.2)、(59.0±12.7)。儿童期性虐待得分与BPAQ得分正向关联(β=0.17);ICU得分在儿童期性虐待得分与BPAQ得分间起部分中介作用(β=0.21、0.38);SCS得分调节儿童期性虐待、ICU与BPAQ得分的关联(B=-0.14、-0.02)。结论:儿童期性虐待会直接加剧女性服刑人员的攻击性,并通过提升冷酷无情特质间接强化女性服刑人员的攻击性,自我控制在其中起到调节作用。

Objective:To explore the relationship between childhood sexual abuse and aggression in female prisoners,and analyze the mediating role of callous-unemotional traits and the moderating role of selfcontrol.Methods:A total of 254 female prisoners from a female prison were investigated.They were assessed with the Short Form of the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire(CTQ-SF),Inventory of Callous-Unemotional Traits(ICU),Self-Control Scale(SCS)and Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire(BPAQ).The hypotheses were tested by the model 4 and model 59 of Process macro for SPSS 25.0,and the bias-corrected bootstrap and Johnson-Neyman method were utilized for mediating and moderating effects analyses.Results:The scores of CTQ-SF,ICU,SCS and BPAQ were respectively(5.6±1.7),(37.4±6.7),(57.5±11.2)and(59.0±12.7).The scores of CSA had a significant direct and positive effect on BPAQ(β=0.17,P<0.01).The scores of ICU partially mediated the relationship between CSA and BPAQ(β=0.21,0.38,P<0.001).The direct effect of CSA’s scores on BPAQ and the path from ICU to BPAQ were both moderated by the scores of SCS(B=-0.14,-0.02,P<0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that childhood sexual abuse not only directly improves the level of aggression in female prisoners,but also improves aggression through the mediator of callous-unemotional traits,and self-control could negatively moderate the direct effect and indirect effect simultaneously.
