摘要
目的:探究留守初中生自伤行为及其与歧视知觉、希望感的关系。方法:选取1452名初中生(留守组780名,非留守组672名),采用自伤行为量表(DSHI)、歧视知觉量表和希望感量表(CHS)进行测查。结果:有自伤行为史的初中生391名(占26.9%)。留守初中生CHS得分低于非留守初中生;男生CHS得分高于女生,而DSHI得分低于女生。逐步回归分析结果显示,在所有留守类型(留守和非留守)和性别的初中生中,歧视知觉与自伤行为正向关联(β=0.14、0.15、0.12、0.20,均P<0.01)。希望感调节歧视知觉与留守男生自伤行为之间的关系(β=-0.12,P<0.001)。结论:歧视知觉是初中生自伤行为的危险因素,希望感是留守男初中生的歧视知觉与自伤行为关系中的保护性因素。
Objective:To explore the relation of self-injury to discrimination perception and sense of hope in left-behind junior high school students.Methods:A sample of 1452 junior high school students(780 in left-behind group,672 in non-left-behind group)were selected.They were assessed with the Deliberate Self-Harm Inventory(DSHI),Discrimination Perception Scale,and Children’s Hope Scale(CHS).Results:There were 391 junior high school students who had self-injury behavior,and the detection rate of self-injury was 26.9%.The CHS scores were lower in left-behind group than in non-left-behind group.The CHS scores were higher and the DSHI scores were lower in boys than in girls.Stepwise regression analysis showed that,whether they were left-behind or not,discrimination perception was positively associated with self-injury among junior high school students(β=0.14,0.15,0.12,0.20;Ps<0.01).Sense of hope could moderate the relationship between discrimination perception and selfinjury in left-behind male junior high school students(β=-0.12,P<0.001).Conclusion:Discrimination perception is a risk factor for self-injury in junior high school students,and the sense of hope is a protective factor in the relationship between discrimination perception and self-injury.
