摘要
基于文献计量分析法,利用CiteSpace对Web of Science数据库1975—2020年之间2305条创新管理研究文献进行描述性统计分析、共被引分析、共词分析以及突现词分析,厘清创新管理领域的研究概况、知识基础、研究流派及演进脉络,并对研究热点及趋势进行预测。研究发现:创新管理领域发文量最多的国家是中国,但学术影响力和开放度最高的是英国;该领域研究的知识基础包括开放式创新、个人创造力、团队创新、数字创新等,且采用案例研究方法较多;主要研究流派包括组织变革、产品创新、技术创新管理、开放式创新、持续性等,各流派的研究焦点随时代发展不断演进变化;预测未来该领域的研究热点趋势是大数据等技术驱动下的数字创新以及多主体参与的协同创新。
Based on bibliometric analysis,CiteSpace was used to conduct descriptive statistical analysis,co-citation analysis,co-word analysis,and emergent word analysis on 2,305 innovation management research papers in the Web of Science database from 1975 to 2020 to clarify the research overview,knowledge base,research schools and evolutionary context in the field of innovation management,and forecast research hotspots and trends.The study found that China has the largest number of publications in the field of innovation management,but the UK has the highest academic influence and openness;the research nowledge base in this field includes open innovation,individual creativity,team innovation,digital innovation,etc.There are many case study methods:the main research schools include organizational change,product innovation,technology innovation management,open innovation,sustainability,etc.The research focus of each school is constantly evolving and changing with the development of the times;it is predicted that the future research hotspots in this field will be large.Digital innovation driven by technologies such as data and collaborative innovation with multi-agent participation.
