摘要
为科学评价建筑施工项目安全生产状况,按照“要素→决策→行为”的逻辑,建立建筑施工项目安全管理动力机制模型,找出建筑施工安全管理影响因素,进而构建了包含5个一级指标、18个二级指标的多主体参与建筑施工安全管理评价指标体系。应用层次分析法计算了各指标权重,并运用物元可拓理论方法对某建筑施工项目安全管理状况进行实例评价。实例应用发现,建筑施工项目各参与主体均存在不同程度行为失误,表明多主体参与的指标体系能够系统反映建筑施工安全管理工作薄弱环节,验证了所构建评价体系可有效引导建筑施工项目实现安全生产,具有较强的科学性和实用性。
To scientifically assess the work safety status of construction project,according to the logic of“elements→decision→behavior”,this paper established a construction project safety management dynamic mechanism model,and found out the factors affecting construction safety management.Based on this,the paper constructed an evaluation index system of multi-agent participation in building construction safety management including 5 first-level indicators and 18 second-level indicators.The analytic hierarchy process was applied to calculate the weight of each indicators,and the extension theory was used to assess the safety management status of a construction project.The case application found that each participant in the construction project has different degrees of behavioral errors,which shows that the index system of multi-agent participation can systematically reflect the weak links of construction safety management,and it verifies that the constructed evaluation system can effectively guide the construction project to achieve safe production,showing that the assessment system is both very useful and scientific.
