E-commerce Standard Cooperation Behavior——A Research Based on 456 National Standards

从网络视角探究电子商务产业标准合作主体的作用关系,有助于掌握标准合作现状,挖掘潜在的标准制定意愿,是促进产业技术交融发展的有效渠道。研究收集了2009—2020年电子商务领域共456条现行国家标准数据,涉及39个技术委员会,1586所合作企业、研究院和高校。借助构建共现矩阵,可视化合作网络图,分析网络结构特征和合作主体的演化特征;运用聚类方法划分网络中的基本合作模块,探讨主体间合作行为。研究表明,我国电子商务领域国家标准的合作制定主要依赖于科研院所的引领,高校参与度逐渐提高;网络规模持续扩大,网络密度不断下降,存在紧密联系的小团体发展特征,但其产业结构与网络联结强度不高;网络核心度不断增强,合作行为呈现地域临近性、技术衍生驱动合作发展等特征。

Exploring the role of standard cooperation subjects in e-commerce industry from the perspective of network helps to grasp the status quo of standard cooperation and tap the potential willingness to formulate standards,which is an effective channel to promote the integration and development of industrial technology.The study collected a total of 456 current national standard data in the field of e-commerce from 2009 to 2020,involving 39 technical committees,1586 cooperative enterprises,research institutes and universities.By constructing co-occurrence matrix and visualizing cooperation network diagram,the network structure characteristics and evolution characteristics of cooperation subjects are analyzed.The clustering method is used to divide the basic cooperation modules in the network and explore the inter-agent cooperation behavior.Research shows that the cooperative formulation of national standards in the field of e-commerce in China mainly depends on the guidance of scientific research institutes,and the participation of colleges and universities is gradually increasing.The scale of network continues to expand,the density of network continues to decline,and there is a close relationship between the development of small groups,but its industrial structure and network connection strength is not high;the core of the network is increasing,and the cooperative behavior is characterized by geographical proximity and technology derivative driving cooperative development.
