摘要
影像组学通过高通量地提取肺癌影像特征并进行分析,获得可视化的定量参数,已逐步成为评估肺癌病人预后的重要工具。利用影像组学可以预测肺癌病人的生存期、淋巴结转移、远处转移以及经过传统治疗、放化疗、免疫治疗及靶向治疗后病人的预后,为病人进行个性化治疗与评估。就影像组学的概况及其在肺癌预后和疗效评价中的研究进展进行综述。
Radiomics has gradually become an important tool to evaluate the prognosis of lung cancer patients by extracting and analyzing the radiological features of lung cancer with high throughput and obtaining visual quantitative parameters.Radiomics can be used to predict the survival,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis and prognosis of patients with lung cancer after traditional treatment,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,immunotherapy and targeted therapy,and provide personalized treatment and evaluation for patients.This article reviews the general situation of radiomics and its research progress in the prognosis and therapeutic evaluation of lung cancer.
