摘要
合成MRI(SyMRI)是一种基于定量数据实现多种对比加权影像重建的新技术,通过一次扫描即可完成T_(1)、T_(2)值及质子密度的定量测量。其可用于乳腺肿瘤的良恶性评估,并进行乳腺癌的组织病理学分级和分子分型,在乳腺癌的诊断及指导临床治疗方面发挥了重要作用。就SyMRI技术的原理及在乳腺癌中的应用进展进行综述。
Synthetic MRI(SyMRI)is a new technology to reconstruct multiple contrast-weighted images based on quantitative data,which can complete quantitative measures of T_(1),T_(2) and proton density in a single scan.It can be used to evaluate benign and malignant breast tumors and perform histopathological classification and molecular classification of breast cancer,which plays an important role in the diagnosis of breast cancer and the guidance of clinical treatment.The principle of SyMRI and its application in breast cancer were reviewed.
