摘要 针对某砂石矿山石料堆场移动卸料皮带在行走和卸料手动操作过程中,面临的堆料不均匀、粉尘危害、高处作业等带来的安全隐患以及作业效率低的问题。通过对现有的移动卸料皮带进行优化升级,对卸料皮带的定位、堆场料位监测、皮带运行远程控制和通信系统、作业现场的视频监控,实现移动卸料皮带的自动化作业,为企业的生产和安全带来了效益。 In view of the problems of uneven stacking, dust hazards, safety hazards caused by high-altitude operation and low operation efficiency faced by the mobile unloading belt in the stone yard of a sandstone mine during the walking and manual unloading operations. Through the optimization and upgrading of the existing mobile unloading belt, the positioning of the unloading belt, the monitoring of the material level in the storage yard, the remote control and communication system of the belt operation, and the video monitoring of the operation site are realized to implement the automatic operation of the mobile unloading belt, which brings benefits to the production and safety of the enterprise.
