不同小麦杂交组合F_(1)代旗叶光合特性与产量相关因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了探究不同小麦杂交组合F_(1)代旗叶光合特性和产量相关性状差异,采用6个小麦杂交组合F_(1)代为试验材料,以广泛种植的小麦品种‘永良4号’为对照,对不同杂交小麦组合之间的旗叶光合特性和农艺性状的比较进行分析。结果表明:‘J304’ב永良4号’(Z5)、‘HY1701’בJ304’(Z3)2个杂交组合F_(1)代花后25 d的旗叶净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO_(2)浓度的指标均表现较高,且Z5、Z3的穗长、小穗数、粒长、粒宽和千粒质量值也较高,综合性状表现优于其他品系。本研究结果可为今后河套地区选育高产小麦品系提供参考。 In order to explore the difference of flag leaf photosynthetic characteristics and yield-related traits of F_(1) generation in different wheat hybrid combinations.In this experiment,the F_(1) generation of six wheat hybrid combinations were used as experimental materials,and the‘Yongliang 4’of widely planted wheat variety was used as control.The comparison of photosynthetic characteristics and agronomic traits between different hybrid wheat combinations was analyzed.The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO_(2) concentration were higher,which in flag leaves of the two hybrid combinations‘J304’בYongliang 4’(Z5)and‘HY1701’בJ304’(Z3)at 25 days after flowering in the F_(1) generation,and the panicle length,spikelet number,grain length,grain width and 1000 grain weight of Z5 and Z3 were also higher,and their comprehensive performance were better than other lines.The results of this study can provide a reference for the breeding of high-yielding wheat lines in the Hetao area in the future.
